The Ace-1, automatic controlled one arm theft prevention device, is a patented traffic and security solution offered exclusively by Brascon Stainless Steel Fabricators Inc.

Product Overview

  • Patrons use the device by simply walking through the unit in the intended direction of travel
  • When walking toward the unit the front optical sensor detects the user’s motion
  • Welcomes patrons with an audio cue and automatically swings open
  • The optical sensors located on the ACE-1 keep the gate open until the patron has cleared the gate
  • Once the ACE-1 has been cleared, the gate swings back to the closed position, preventing traffic in the opposing direction.

Set-Up Options

Double units with front rails

  • Option to have the arms opening triggered by the motion sensor of the photo Electric Cell
  • Power required for both units
  • Option to have both units powered by one power supply, electrical work required

Double units without front rails

  • Alarms opening triggered by the motion sensor detector
  • Power required for both units
  • Option available to have both units powered by one power supply, electrical work required.
  • Brascon suggest installing a rail between the two units to avoid any sensors interferences.

Emergency Stop Button

The ACE-1 is equipped with an emergency stop button and a key switch. When activated, the emergency stop feature will open the gate in the direction of the entranceway and will sound an audible alarm, turning a one-way entrance into an emergency exit. Connects to 24V fire panel relay to abide by fire code.
